 We are looking for a key member of the Anteriad Customer Success team who will be focused on executing, managing, and training on Anteriad’s Digital line of products. In this role you will provide top quality support for the full campaign life cycle (pre- and post-launch) for Programmatic advertising and other digital services. You will need to quickly become an expert on the full operational process from initial quote to campaign completion and wrap-up generation on all digital products sold in their team. The processes should be understood at an expert level at which the CSM can problem solve for internal and external stakeholders consistently. As this position sits as the bridge between sales, operations, and customers, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  

As our team member you will work closely with Anteriad customers, Customer Success Managers, Sales Directors, and the Programmatic Operations team.

What You’ll Do:  

  • Internal and external client-facing resource available for Q and A on all details related to assigned accounts or campaigns. The ideal candidate will become the primary resource in this area for our customers, Sales Directors, and Operations team. 
  • Work in tandem with our India and US Operations teams in order to ensure Anteriad can offer true customer support and customer insights.   
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention. Situations requiring escalation could arise from both customer and internal inquiries at any stage of a potential, active, or completed campaign.  
  • Become an expert in utilizing and understanding a variety of digital communication and project management platforms (including Salesforce, Qlik, and Anteriad’s proprietary tools) 
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of all client programmatic projects – meeting deadlines, driving optimizations and recommendations based on reporting, change requests, etc. 
  • Understand customer motivations and use that understanding to improve their service campaign over campaign and quarter over quarter.  
  • Craft strategic solutions for our digital clients, including providing budget, targeting/audience recommendations, and creative options for client proposals 
  • Utilize SFDC cases to track campaign status and offer pre-sales support activities 
  • Candidate will have the opportunity to train and mentor other members of the Customer Success Team in Programmatic best practices. 

 

What You’ll Bring:  

  • University degree. 
  • 3+ years of related experience. 
  • Be customer obsessed, proactive by nature, relish problem-solving, want the ability to think creatively and love the satisfaction of successful execution. 
  • Be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively. 
  • Be detail orientated and have excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to send feedback to senior stakeholders on a regular basis. 
  • Have the ability to multi-task and juggle priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
