Sales Account Executive (US-Based Home Wellness Firm)

Job Description

Work Arrangement: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST (flexible based on inbound lead flow)

Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor.

Salary Range: Competitive; based on experience

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday.

Locations: Remote, open to candidates who can work EST hours.

Role Overview:

The Account Executive is responsible for engaging with prospective clients and driving sales through a consultative approach. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a passion for luxury home products, and the ability to create a high-touch customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Conversion – Engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and chat, guiding them through the sales funnel.

Consultative Sales – Understand customer needs, educate them on premium offerings, and recommend tailored solutions.

CRM & Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate tracking of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales data in HubSpot.

Customer Experience Excellence – Provide a personalized and luxury-driven experience, ensuring customers feel valued and excited about their purchase.

Collaboration with Marketing & Operations – Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process, client onboarding, and post-sale satisfaction.

Week 1 Ownership:

Product Training – Gain in-depth knowledge of product catalog, including key features, selling points, and differentiators.

CRM Onboarding – Get fully set up in HubSpot, learning workflows, automation, and best practices for tracking leads and interactions.

Sales Process Integration – Shadow senior team members to understand consultative sales approach and best practices.

First Customer Interactions – Start responding to inbound inquiries under supervision, gradually transitioning into independent lead management.

Requirements

Non-Negotiables:

  • Proven track record in inbound sales or customer engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and effectively guide clients through the sales process.
  • Comfortable using OpenPhone, dialing systems, and digital communication tools.
  • Must have a neutral accent for seamless communication.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background in luxury retail, home goods, or wellness-related sales.
  • Passion for the products being sold, with a strong understanding of design, high-end luxury, and related categories.
  • Experience in high-touch, consultative sales environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with interior design, landscaping, or B2B sales within these industries.
