ABOUT THE ROLE 

An exciting and challenging position exists as a full-time Senior Product Marketing Manager. You will lead the management and growth of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong decision-making skills and experience in driving product vision, roadmap development, and portfolio management. You will collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, cross-functional teams, and leadership to enhance our products, monitor market trends, and ensure alignment with overall business goals to drive profitability and growth.  

Requirements

What You Will Do  

  • Develop and maintain a clear product vision, guiding the team to execute on a comprehensive product roadmap. 
  • Ensure that the product roadmap is aligned with market trends, customer needs, and organizational priorities. 
  • Lead the development and execution of the product portfolio strategy to ensure alignment with business goals. 
  • Manage product life cycles, including SKU rationalization and end-to-end product portfolio optimization and profitability. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features, positioning, and customer benefits. 
  • Monitor industry and market trends, including competitor performance, market dynamics, and emerging customer needs. 
  • Conduct competitor reviews and analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation, pricing strategies, and market positioning. 
  • Perform in-depth analysis of product performance to optimize the product portfolio and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Establish key metrics to monitor the success of product launches and ongoing sales. 
  • Identify and prioritize product enhancements and improvements to increase market share, customer satisfaction, and profitability. 
  • Develop content and resources to support product promotion and sales initiatives. 

What We’re Looking For  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred 
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on portfolio management, product vision, and roadmap development 
  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with departments like Medical Affairs, R&D, Sales, and Marketing. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and eCommerce platforms 
  • Experience leading the development of annual plans; outlining the strategy to grow your business or product and partnering with key stakeholders to develop the tactics  
  • Strong analytical, planning and project management skills – you love to dig into the data and lead a team through projects  
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills; ability to inform, influence and collaborate across functions and with all organization levels 
  • Highly resourceful with a tenacious “can do” attitude 
  • Highly performance and results-driven and want to take on a high level of responsibility and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment  
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive mind-set  
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks within tight timeframes and deadlines in a dynamic working environment.

Benefits

PERKS & BENEFITS 

The annual base salary range for this position is $125,000-$140,000 USD/year. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: location, education, skills, training, and experience. This position may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
