For one of our clients, we are looking for an HR Business Partner (Senior Director), remotely from the United States.
The HR Business Partner (Senior Director) will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing comprehensive HR support, and driving innovative people initiatives across the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this role is integral in shaping the HR landscape and ensuring effective talent management, employee engagement, and leadership development. The HRBP will work closely with leaders to foster a high-performance culture, enhance employee relations, and implement HR policies that support organizational goals. This position is perfect for a hands-on, strategic leader with a deep understanding of HR processes, particularly in scaling organizations.
Accountabilities:
- Drive HR initiatives that support business goals and accelerate organizational growth.
- Partner with client groups to ensure the successful execution of talent management, employee experience, and leadership development programs.
- Design and implement performance review systems to drive high performance and align with company objectives.
- Provide leadership coaching to enhance team impact and build leadership capabilities across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong ability to manage and influence HR functions in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record in change management and organizational development.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate ideas to both HR and non-HR audiences.
- Prior experience in healthcare, technology, marketing services, or consulting industries is a plus.
