Partner Manager

Job Description

Report directly to the Head of Payment Operations to manage strategic Partners including financial institutions, processors, card networks and other operations partners.


You Will:
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and vendors to drive progress towards key initiatives.
  • Manage daily interaction with financial institution, processor, and card network partnerships, focusing on execution of joint initiatives and finding new opportunities within existing partnerships.
  • Manage third-party vendors that will facilitate verification and authentication of merchant and transactional data.
  • Measure, track, and report monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Work cross-functionally with risk and compliance, financial partnerships, business development, and sales to execute partner strategy.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and expertise to assist internal teams with advisory services. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Product: Liaise with the Product team to enable features/functionality in conjunction with card networks, third-party vendors and processors.
  • Legal and Compliance: Work cross-functionally to implement solutions that ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

  • You Have:
  • At least 5 years experience in the payments industry with extensive business, financial, and technological acumen in the space.
  • Understanding of money movement, payment processing, payment networks, disbursement of funds, and payment platforms.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, with a strong emphasis on the development of frameworks and processes that can be scaled and / or automated.
  • Prior experience in a payment facilitator is a plus.
