Product Manager

Job Description

Product Manager - Mojo Mortgages - Fully Remote (UK Based)

Who are we?

At Mojo Mortgages, we’re on a mission to become the largest and most disruptive mortgage broker in the UK. Supported by our family of brands, including Uswitch, Money, Confused, and Zoopla, we're scaling fast and redefining the mortgage experience. We’re all about pushing boundaries, delivering exceptional service, and making a real impact on people’s lives.

We’re looking for talented, driven individuals to join us on this journey. If you're passionate about solving real customer problems, love working in a fast paced, tech focused environment, and thrive in cross functional teams, we want to hear from you.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape and execute our product strategy. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will play a pivotal role in developing solutions that simplify the mortgage experience for customers and streamline internal operations. Working within a cross-functional squad, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and operations to identify opportunities, solve problems, and deliver impactful solutions.

AI and automation will be a key focus, but we always prioritise the right solution over any specific technology choice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is early to mid-level in their product career, with at least two years of experience in a product management role within a tech driven, customer centric business.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a defined area of the product portfolio, shaping its roadmap and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Work cross-functionally to define problems, validate solutions, and deliver meaningful customer and business impact.
  • Leverage data, customer insights, and market research to inform decision-making and continuously improve our products.
  • Prioritise initiatives effectively, balancing strategic objectives with execution speed and learning opportunities.
  • Drive a culture of continuous testing, learning, and iteration, ensuring we move quickly towards impactful solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand how AI and automation can improve customer and operational experiences, supporting adoption and training where needed.
  • Clearly communicate product plans, progress, and insights to stakeholders across the business.
  • Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring that all solutions drive tangible benefits to users and the business.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a product management role within a tech driven, customer focused environment.
  • A strong understanding of user needs and behaviours, with experience turning insights into compelling product solutions.
  • Experience working within a cross-functional team, collaborating with engineers, designers, and data professionals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define and track key success metrics.
  • Exposure to AI, machine learning, or automation driven solutions is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary dependent on experience (£50k-£65k)
  • Full Remote Role (UK Based Only)
  • Work from anywhere in the world for up to 30 days per year
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (up to 28 days with length of service)
  • Half-day holiday for your birthday & a day off for moving house
  • Company social events
  • Pension via People’s Pension (Pension match up to 5%)
  • Sick pay and sick pay insurance
  • Wellness programme from Able Futures & subsidised private medical insurance
  • Critical illness cover & death in service (4x base salary)
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity, primary & secondary pay
  • Compassionate leave
  • Long service awards up to £3000

If this sounds like a great fit for you, apply now and be part of the amazing journey that Mojo is on to revolutionise the mortgage industry!
