For one of our clients, we are looking for a Product Manager (Eigenlayer Restaking), remotely from Worldwide.

As a Product Manager in the rapidly evolving EigenLayer restaking ecosystem, you will be responsible for driving the growth and scaling of innovative DeFi solutions. You will lead product development, manage cross-functional teams, and shape the future of restaking technologies within the blockchain space. This role involves working closely with diverse clients ranging from retail investors to major institutions, while also ensuring that the product meets customer expectations and market demands. Your leadership will be key to the success of the product and the overall performance of the business.

Accountabilities:

• Lead product development through the growth and scaling stages, managing a team to meet business goals.
• Shape and execute product strategies to ensure the success of EigenLayer restaking solutions in the DeFi ecosystem.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments, including marketing, sales, finance, and DevOps, to drive product success.
• Analyze key performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to enhance the product.
• Cultivate a product-driven culture within the team, focusing on data, collaboration, and ownership.
• Participate in community building and engage with other network participants to foster growth and collaboration.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in fast-growing tech startups, with a focus on crypto/fintech industries.
• Deep expertise in Blockchain & Web3, with hands-on experience in DeFi or Web3.
• Proven success in managing B2B products from ideation to go-to-market, including legal, marketing, and sales considerations.
• Strong track record of delivering business results in terms of revenue and key performance metrics.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset with a strong foundation in product management, including finance, planning, and support.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
