[Job - 20631] Master Java Developer, Brazil

We are actively seeking two Senior Java Developers to join our dynamic team. The primary focus of this role will be on the Saleshub+ application, a complex and mission-critical system. We are looking for proactive and self-sufficient developers who can independently drive their tasks and adapt quickly to challenges.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise sales applications using microservices and event-driven platforms.

Integrate systems and data using cloud and on-premise applications.

Engage in hands-on Java microservices development to build RESTful APIs.

Develop and deploy applications on the AKS platform.

Work with message brokers such as Kafka or ActiveMQ.

Manage relational databases (MSSQL/ORACLE) and NoSQL databases (Couchbase/MongoDB).

Implement CI/CD and DevOps automation practices while ensuring quality code focusing on scalability, security, and performance.

Provide mentorship to team members and offer technical solutions for development and testing challenges.

Collaborate within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) team environment, contributing as a lead developer.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in an environment with multiple priorities and manage ambiguities.

A platform mindset in application development and a comprehensive understanding of business needs to help shape the IT roadmap.
