For one of our clients, we are looking for a Principal Solution Architect, remotely from United States.

In this role, you will lead the architecture and integration strategy for a variety of systems, including CRMs (Salesforce), ERPs (Workday), CMS platforms, and MarTech tools. As a Principal Solution Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions. You will also ensure that system architectures align with cloud-native principles, while maintaining data integrity and supporting business growth initiatives. Your hands-on approach will be critical in driving forward key initiatives and developing operational efficiencies across the integration landscape.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of internal system integrations, ensuring robust and secure solutions across CRMs, ERPs, CMS platforms, and MarTech tools.
  • Collaborate closely with IT leadership, including CIOs, to drive strategic technology decisions for mission-critical systems.
  • Develop and maintain an integration strategy, including a roadmap for middleware, shared services, and integration patterns, ensuring operational efficiency and system reliability.
  • Oversee and manage integration security standards and compliance, particularly around data protection, IAM, and key management best practices.
  • Facilitate architecture reviews and continuously improve integration processes by utilizing performance metrics to optimize system uptime, data accuracy, and latency.
  • Partner with engineering teams and product management to define requirements, ensuring seamless data flows across platforms and improving business decision-making through effective data strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in driving architectural decisions for cloud-centric or enterprise integration systems.
  • Expertise in architecting and delivering integration solutions for Cloud SaaS platforms, with AWS experience being a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of serverless-first architecture, event-driven patterns, and RESTful API design for system integrations.
  • Proven experience integrating major enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, and various CMS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with MarTech tools like HubSpot, Heap, Google Analytics, and customer data platforms (CDPs).
  • Strong understanding of application and cloud network security, with hands-on experience in secure integration design.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams, IT leadership, and external partners.
