For one of our clients, we are looking for a Marketing & GTM Program Manager, remotely from Ireland, UK, and Poland.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional programs and optimizing marketing performance to ensure measurable, business-aligned results. You will collaborate with various teams such as marketing, sales, and data analytics to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. By analyzing marketing data, driving continuous improvements, and implementing frameworks for performance measurement, you’ll help streamline processes and ensure alignment across teams. Additionally, you will manage key go-to-market (GTM) programs, from strategy to execution, ensuring that all efforts contribute to business growth and long-term success.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement a consistent marketing effectiveness framework to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across channels.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to create dashboards and reporting systems for ongoing performance tracking.
  • Manage sprint planning and agile processes, facilitating alignment across teams and maintaining a clear intake process.
  • Lead the management of priority marketing and GTM programs, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the Outbound Marketing Program, including strategy, testing, optimization, and measurement of its success.
  • Contribute to the development of lead management processes, ensuring no lead is left behind.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or program management.
  • Proven project and program management experience, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
  • Solid understanding of marketing measurement methodologies, including ROI analysis and attribution modeling.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools like HubSpot and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience in building target account marketing (ABM) programs from scratch.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience making data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks such as PMP or Scrum.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
