Tech Project Manager

Job Description

Complexio's Foundational AI works to automate business activities by ingesting whole company data – both structured and unstructured – and making sense of it. Using proprietary models and algorithms Complexio forms a deep understanding of how humans are interacting and using it. Automation can then replicate and improve these actions independently.

Complexio is a joint venture between Hafnia and Símbolo, in partnership with Marfin Management, C Transport Maritime, Trans Sea Transport and BW Epic Kosan.

About the role:

  • Lead the execution of customer projects, ensuring successful delivery of use cases within agreed timelines and scope.
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities based on business impact and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Project Execution & Delivery
    • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from kickoff to completion, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and company standards.
    • Define project plans, objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs to measure success.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including various pods, data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to deliver solutions.
    • Track progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Customer Engagement & Use Case Implementation
    • Work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and map solutions to their needs.
    • Translate customer use cases into actionable project plans, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with Complexio’s AI capabilities.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Conduct regular check-ins, project updates, and post-implementation reviews to ensure value realization.
  • Stakeholder & Resource Management
    • Align internal teams and external partners on project objectives, ensuring smooth collaboration.
    • Coordinate with pod leads, tech managers, product, and customer success teams to remove blockers and optimize resource allocation.
    • Escalate critical issues and dependencies to leadership as needed, providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Process & Continuous Improvement
    • Establish and refine project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for efficient execution.
    • Leverage agile methodologies where applicable, iterating on project deliverables based on feedback.
    • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and documentation of lessons learned from past projects.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong project management experience in AI, SaaS, or data-driven enterprise solutions.
  • Expertise in managing customer-facing projects, balancing technical execution with business impact.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data integration, and enterprise software implementation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business value.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, Jira, and project management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, handling multiple priorities with autonomy.
