For one of our clients, we are looking for a Data Analyst 1713, remotely from the United States.

In this role, you will be a key player within the Data Product Management team, helping shape business strategies and driving performance improvements through data analysis. You’ll focus on aggregating and analyzing both structured and unstructured data to provide actionable insights. You will also produce reports that highlight trends, KPIs, and potential areas for improvement. By working across multiple data sources, you will directly contribute to the company's decision-making process, ensuring that data remains an invaluable asset in driving business success.

Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate to create intuitive data visualizations that provide actionable insights to tackle business challenges, particularly in the Fintech sector.
  • Take ownership of the UX/UI experience for clients across various data products, ensuring a seamless and effective delivery.
  • Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence tools that support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in data collection and ensure that the right business data is used to provide meaningful insights.
  • Monitor data management processes to ensure data quality and consistency across all platforms.
  • Provide root cause analysis and help identify improvements to current operations based on data-driven findings.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience or equivalent work experience in data analysis.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications.
  • Ability to work independently on moderately difficult tasks while supporting more complex tasks with senior peers and management.
  • Proficient in analyzing data, identifying patterns, and using judgment to determine appropriate action based on analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms.
  • Strong collaborative skills, able to build productive relationships internally and externally to solve problems and improve processes.
