About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager with a strong background in Amazon sales and leadership. This role involves full ownership of the P&L, managing a team, optimizing inventory, and driving key performance metrics. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the company’s operational success and long-term strategy.

This is a Full-Time remote role.

Requirements

We are looking for an  E-commerce Operations Manager specifically with these requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing a growing Amazon business 
• Proven leadership in handling 8-figure Amazon sales in a startup or mid-sized company
• Strong P&L management experience with a data-driven mindset
• Ability to build and optimize efficient operational processes
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working on US time zones
• Great organizational and time management skills
• Hands-on approach—someone who doesn’t hesitate to step in where needed
• A fast-paced, motivated, and business-minded professional eager for growth
• Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with a relentless drive to improve performance

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

• Establish and monitor KPIs across departments (Brand Management, Logistics, Sourcing, Customer Service, Graphic Design, Product Development)
• Oversee demand planning and inventory optimization to maintain profitability
• Take full responsibility for the P&L of the Amazon catalog, consistently improving performance
• Increase CTR, conversion rates, total sales, net profit, and GMROI across SKUs
• Lead and manage a team of 5-7 people, ensuring operational efficiency
• Contribute to advertising strategy and execution with a data-driven approach
• Provide actionable insights to improve overall business profitability
• Travel semi-annually to meet the team in person
