Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the multi-departmental project teams to analyze and automate internal business processes at the company and department level, improve outdated flows, implement new processes, and gain business value
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch and support, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery, including product testing, acceptance and implementation
  • Lead the project managers team, implement and adhere to project management best practices and methodologies in software development
  • Lead change management efforts by ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement throughout the project phases
  • Create and manage the project budget, ensuring costs are controlled and any variances are addressed
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications
  • Allocate resources efficiently and manage them throughout the project lifecycle
  • Measure project success, generate timely project reports, and ensure projects are completed on time
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies and drive project success

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading and managing projects and project teams (at least 5-7 years)
  • Extensive experience in business process automation projects 
  • Experience with AI solutions implementation into business workflows with proven positive results is a huge plus
  • Get-things-done attitude
  • In-depth experience in business process analysis and optimization at departmental and company levels
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good knowledge of the product lifecycle management
  • Innovative and solution-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle risk management
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Fluency in English
