Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the multi-departmental project teams to analyze and automate internal business processes at the company and department level, improve outdated flows, implement new processes, and gain business value
- Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch and support, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery, including product testing, acceptance and implementation
- Lead the project managers team, implement and adhere to project management best practices and methodologies in software development
- Lead change management efforts by ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement throughout the project phases
- Create and manage the project budget, ensuring costs are controlled and any variances are addressed
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications
- Allocate resources efficiently and manage them throughout the project lifecycle
- Measure project success, generate timely project reports, and ensure projects are completed on time
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies and drive project success
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading and managing projects and project teams (at least 5-7 years)
- Extensive experience in business process automation projects
- Experience with AI solutions implementation into business workflows with proven positive results is a huge plus
- Get-things-done attitude
- In-depth experience in business process analysis and optimization at departmental and company levels
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good knowledge of the product lifecycle management
- Innovative and solution-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle risk management
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Fluency in English
