Salary: 1,300 - 1,500 AUD / monthly

Who The Client Is:

The client is a Brisbane-based company providing a comprehensive range of HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical solutions to commercial businesses.

Specialising in preventative maintenance programs for commercial and light industrial buildings, they also offer associated services in commissioning and compliance, including ventilation & fire testing and electrical installations.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide essential administrative and project support. This full-time role offers the potential to transition into a Junior Project Manager position in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Prepare documents, handle invoicing, and upload project photos.
• Project Coordination: Assist with quoting, ordering materials, and basic design work.
• General Operations: Help ensure smooth day-to-day business functions.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience with invoicing, document preparation, and project coordination.
• A detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable approach.
• HVAC or construction industry experience (a plus, but not required).
