The Principal Solutions Architect is the lead for delivering D365 solutions with responsibility for being both customer facing and revenue generating in a pre-sales capacity. This individual will gather client technical and business requirements, provide Dynamics 365 / CRM consulting, execute and/or lead technical workshops with clients, and develop product and proposal content. This individual will also provide consulting leadership on projects.
What you'll be doing
Leads and/or participates in the project team to develop optimal solutions for client business challenges. Guides the client through design, architecture, estimate, and delivery.
Wins new business by working cross-functionally with sales and delivery to develop client proposals and presentations around process and solution options, clearly explaining technical concepts for shared understanding to facilitate decision-making.
Manages client engagements at all levels of client interaction with responsibility for product and technical content.
Provides thought leadership around our core GTM solutions internally and externally. Leads technical workshops to drive enablement and business development.
Establishes TTEC Digital as a recognized leader in technology-led innovation through public speaking and published thought leadership.
Utilizes industry and Microsoft contacts to generate new business opportunities and revenue.
Delivers strategic thought leadership by participating in multiple client engagements simultaneously in both pre-sales and delivery capacities.
Completes at minimum one (1) certification exam a year.
Creates, maintains, and submits an accurate weekly timesheet in compliance with time reporting procedures.
Contributes to financial success of the company by driving high billable utilization for project team members under their leadership.
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field preferred. Master’s a plus.
2-3 years’ experience performing pre-sales activities along with 4+ years’ experience working with relevant Microsoft CRM / D365 CE technology in a professional services environment.
Minimum of 5 years’ project leadership experience, including 2+ years’ experience leading enterprise-level projects in a professional services or consulting environment.
Mastery of D365 Enterprise Applications including previous technical skills with Dynamics 365 CRM including design, architecture, installation, configuration, deployment and customization.
Preferred experience in Power Platform, Power Apps, Data / AI, Customer Insights, Power BI, Modern Workplace, SharePoint, etc.
Certification in relevant Microsoft discipline(s) preferred.
Consulting leadership experience working for a Microsoft partner with spectacular client references.
Experience in client relationship and team building.
Ability to shape strong presentations and narratives that influence and commit people to change.
Previous experience using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
