Job Description

Our client is a real estate sales and property management business that provides high-quality marketing materials for property listings and brand promotions.

They are looking for a Graphic Designer to assist with designing digital content and materials while ensuring consistency with company brand guidelines.

Job Description:

  • Design brochures, business cards, property signboards, and real estate marketing collateral
  • Enhance property images and apply visual corrections for better presentation
  • Create video content, social media advertisements, magazines, booklets, and blogs
  • Develop digital display materials and website graphics
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design projects
  • Collaborate with the team via Microsoft Teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
  • Work within company brand guidelines to produce visually appealing and effective designs
  • Handle multiple projects while ensuring high-quality standards

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a graphic designer in a real estate or marketing-related role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and other design software
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and branding principles
  • Ability to demonstrate skills in designing marketing materials for real estate
  • Intermediate to advanced design software skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Must have a high level of attention to detail and a creative approach to design
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience working remotely
  • Must be able to work independently and accept feedback professionally
  • Ability to ensure all work is original and not AI-generated
