Verifiable is hiring a Solutions Engineer to help drive technical scoping during our strategic sales process. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success as an important part of our GTM strategy.

About You
5+ years total relevant experience, 2+ years experience in a technical pre-sales role
Salesforce Admin Certification is required, minimum admin level
Strong presentation skills, capable of leading technical demos and handling real-time customer questions.
Clear and effective communication across both technical and non-technical audiences, demonstrating product value.
Competent in handling mid-level technical challenges and contributing to solutions in live customer settings.
Ability to use analytical skills to diagnose issues and provide customer-centric solutions.
Ability to answer solution related RFP questions without assistance.
Responsibilities
Technical Demos: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to deliver technically focused demonstrations for prospective customers, particularly in the ENT sector. Showcase our solutions' capabilities effectively.
Discovery and Scoping: Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with clients to gain a deep understanding of their specific technical requirements, challenges, and existing systems. Translate client needs into technical solutions.
Solution Configuration: Customize our solutions to meet the unique needs of customers, ensuring that they align with the proposed technical solution and provide maximum value.
Implementation Support: Work closely with the Implementation team to provide technical guidance and support during project implementation. Troubleshoot technical issues, perform system integrations, and ensure seamless deployments.
Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to health tech and ENT solutions. Share your technical expertise and insights with both internal teams and customers.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including solution configurations, integration guides, and troubleshooting resources
