We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Factoring team. Our goal is to ensure the optimal delivery of our products, aiming to maximize the value that our clients get from our products and bring measurable improvements to their business performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand Qualco’s SCF solution at detailed levels;
  • Take part in the design of the evolutions of Qualco’s SCF solution, along with analysis and specifications of Clients needs;
  • Manage and refine demonstrations and facilitate workshops;
  • Adjust/write detailed specification documents;
  • Act as the interface with the client teams and the Qualco Business development teams;
  • Update the Business development teams with the appropriate information;
  • Participate in the solution testing phase;
  • Follow-up of delivery of the ProximaPlus system;
  • Follow-up during the implementation and maintenance phases;
  • On-site assistance for clients;
  • Progressive take-over of some customer relationship management responsibilities;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • Experience in doing business/system analysis in the Banking sector;
  • Experience in a Factoring/SCF software package context would be considered as a plus;
  • 4-5 years of experience in commercial finance/factoring;
  • Fluent in English (other languages will be a plus);
  • Willingness to learn our platform in depth;
  • Ability to work autonomously, self-starter and pro-active;
  • Very good communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to travel.
