    Overview:
    ·       We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer with deep expertise in Amazon Connect and hands-on experience using Cyara and QTest.
    ·       In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the reliability and quality of our contact center solutions.
    ·       The ideal candidate is proficient in creating robust test frameworks, managing test cases, and working collaboratively with development and operations teams to drive continuous quality improvements.
     
    Key Responsibilities:
    Test Automation & Execution:
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks specifically for Amazon Connect call flows.
  • Utilize Cyara to simulate real-world voice interactions, stress-test IVR components, and validate the performance of contact center solutions.
  • Integrate and manage API-based tests (e.g., using Postman or custom scripts) to simulate inbound and outbound calls.
  • Test Management & Reporting:
  • Develop, document, and manage test cases, plans, and test suites within QTest.
  • Track defects, analyze test results, and report on quality metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with QA and development teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvements in testing processes.
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and operations, to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, provide timely feedback on quality issues, and contribute to refining our testing strategies and methodologies.
  • Stay updated on the latest testing trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring our QA processes remain current and effective.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
  • Ensure all test documentation is complete, accurate, and adheres to industry standards.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and training materials for internal teams.

    Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, including testing call flows and IVR systems.
  • Proven expertise in using Cyara for automated testing of contact center solutions.
  • Experience managing test cases and defect tracking using QTest.
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.
  • Familiarity with API testing and integration of test automation within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with additional test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Understanding of AWS services beyond Amazon Connect.
  • Certifications in software testing or quality assurance.
