Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking Spotify users via email, chat, and phone.
• Assist customers with questions regarding their accounts, Spotify features, and technical issues.
• Proactively engage with users to help them fully utilize Spotify's services and maximize their experience.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
• Collaborate with various teams within Spotify to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on Spotify features and developments to provide informed support to users.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, customer success, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
• Able to handle multiple priorities effectively and work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM software and general computer applications.
• A proactive attitude towards helping customers enhance their Spotify experience.
