Overview
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing our team of intake specialists. This team works closely with our Sales Attorneys to handle inbound leads, schedule consultations, and follow up with clients, ensuring a smooth intake process.
We are looking for a proactive, results-driven leader who can manage a high-performing team, streamline operations, and ensure exceptional service throughout the intake process. The ideal candidate will develop strategies to enhance team performance, track key metrics, and optimize the intake process to maximize client conversions.
