Location: Remote (US & Canada)
Start Date: Targeting April 1st
Duration: 6+ months (Potential for Full-Time)
Hours: Minimum 10 hours per week (up to 20-30 hours based on need)
Time Zone: Must be available during EST working hours

About the Role:

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) to support a growing Salesforce team for a North American organization. This part-time, contract-to-hire opportunity offers flexibility while providing meaningful contributions to Salesforce owners and admins. As a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will help optimize Salesforce processes, ensure best practices, and enhance user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, Salesforce admins, and technical teams.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions.
• Analyze existing Salesforce processes and recommend improvements.
• Support Salesforce configuration changes (flows, reports, dashboards, etc.).
• Assist with user training, documentation, and change management.
• Work with cross-functional teams across the US and Canada in a remote capacity.
• Ensure solutions align with business goals and Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate in an EST time zone working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Ability to elicit, document, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience supporting Salesforce admins and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
• Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with potential for 20-30 hours per week based on project needs.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and data management best practices.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analyst, Administrator, or Consultant).
