Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and improve service delivery.
  • Keep informed about product updates and company services to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Foster a positive customer relationship through effective communication and support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, especially within a remote or digital environment is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
