Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and effectively resolve hardware and software issues.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
• Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist clients with software installations, updates, and configurations.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and solve complex technical challenges.
• Educate clients on product features and best practices to enhance their user experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and a strong command of English.
• Experience in IT support or a similar technical role is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
• Experience in technology-related sectors is advantageous.
