Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
• Assist customers with a range of inquiries concerning products and services.
• Efficiently manage customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Guide customers through our services, providing them with relevant information.
• Accurately document customer interactions for service improvement and quality assurance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural environment.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team setting.
• Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
