Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to the messaging platform efficiently.
• Guide users in navigating the platform and advise on best practices for effective utilization.
• Document all client interactions and solutions in the CRM system accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and product support, to resolve complex problems and enhance the client experience.
• Stay informed about product updates and feature enhancements to provide relevant and timely support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• Experience in customer service or technical support roles, ideally in the technology sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills aimed at exceeding customer expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and messaging applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple client inquiries effectively.
