Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat in Czech.
• Assist customers with queries related to our products and services.
• Effectively address and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Guide clients on services and help them make informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
