For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer, remotely from the United States and Canada.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will take the lead in designing innovative solutions for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, with a focus on driving growth across multiple products. You will work cross-functionally with product, data, engineering, and customer support teams to create seamless user experiences. Your role will involve everything from ideation and prototyping to data-driven design iterations, all while mentoring junior designers. Accountabilities:

  • Lead the design of growth initiatives, focusing on improving key metrics such as conversion rate, user activation, and engagement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals, ensuring that designs are aligned with both user expectations and company objectives.
  • Own the end-to-end design process, including research, prototyping, visual design, and user testing.
  • Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to optimize user flows and continuously improve the user experience.
  • Provide mentorship to junior designers, helping them grow their design skills and elevate the overall design quality within the team.
  • Create and maintain high-quality design documentation and specifications.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating success in growth-focused design initiatives.
  • Expertise in UX, visual design, and interaction design best practices for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Proven experience with A/B testing and using data to drive design decisions and optimize user experiences.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Figma and other prototyping tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for improving user experiences.
