Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and account issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions thoroughly in our CRM system for future reference and quality assurance.
  • Work closely with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
  • Stay informed about product updates and new offerings to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Encourage customer loyalty and retention through positive engagement and support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle complex inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
