For one of our clients, we are looking for a Solutions Architect, remotely from the United States.

As a Solutions Architect, you will guide enterprise customers through the implementation and integration of software solutions into their infrastructure and applications. Your role will involve working closely with customers to ensure the seamless deployment and troubleshooting of products, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to help shape the product's strategic direction. You'll work directly with internal stakeholders, offering technical expertise, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the continuous improvement of the service delivery process.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with Sales teams to deliver the best solution for customers, ensuring a clear understanding of their requirements.
  • Lead design workshops and document solution designs for customer approval.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for the customer, ensuring efficient implementation and swift resolution of any technical issues.
  • Identify risks in technical designs and customer sentiment, mitigating issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery processes and documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, particularly in large enterprise IT environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at both technical and business levels.
  • Expertise in Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and cryptography.
  • Experience deploying and configuring Enterprise Certificate Authorities and familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins, Puppet).
  • Proficient in Linux operating systems, networking, and IT security principles.
  • Ability to manage complex technical projects, resolve critical customer issues, and adapt to new technologies as needed.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
