Responsibilities

• Consult with Spanish clients to identify their business challenges and recommend effective digital solutions.
• Develop personalized proposals that demonstrate how our digital services can fulfill client objectives.
• Manage the implementation process to ensure that clients benefit from a seamless experience.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients to optimize their use of digital solutions.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the digital landscape to deliver informed advice to clients.
• Collaborate with remote teams to enhance service delivery and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience in digital consulting, solutions development, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively tailor solutions for client needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in various digital tools and technologies related to business processes.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects effectively.
