Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on software functionality and troubleshooting procedures to users.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in IT support, technical assistance, or customer service roles is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clarify complex technical concepts.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues; familiarity with support tools is an advantage.
