About the Role:

As an SDR at Snowball, you will be at the forefront of our outbound strategy. Your primary responsibility is to identify and engage key decision-makers by crafting highly personalized and creative emails that capture attention and demonstrate our value. You will research target companies, tailor your messaging to resonate with high-level prospects (such as CEOs, CMOs, and Heads of Marketing), and execute innovative campaigns that turn prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Research:
    • Identify and research target companies and key decision-makers using tools like Apollo.io and Clay.com.
  • Creative Email Campaigns:
    • Craft compelling, creative, and personalized outbound emails that showcase your ability to write persuasive and engaging content.
    • Develop creative campaigns that reflect thorough research and demonstrate a deep understanding of each prospect’s business needs.
  • Client Engagement & Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and ensure consistent communication.
    • Monitor and analyze outreach metrics to continuously improve email performance and response rates.
  • Timely Communication:
    • Respond promptly to internal communications and coordinate with team members via Slack to address client issues and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Communication & Writing Skills:
    • You must be highly proficient in English with impeccable writing skills.
    • A demonstrated talent for writing creative, engaging emails and campaigns is the most important aspect of this role.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented:
    • Strong research abilities and attention to detail; capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Creative & Persuasive:
    • Proven track record in developing personalized, high-impact email campaigns that drive results.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM systems; experience using Apollo.io, Clay.com, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Availability:
    • Must be available during Western Hemisphere hours for timely communication.
  • Growth Mindset:
    • Quick to learn and adaptable, with a strong attitude for continuous improvement.
