Responsibilities

- Provide ongoing training and support to clients, enabling them to utilize our services effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital solutions to enhance client strategies.
- Work collaboratively with remote teams to optimize service delivery and improve client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in digital consulting, solutions development, or a related field.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills to effectively identify client needs.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with various digital tools and technologies relevant to business processes.
