Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to French-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to the messaging platform promptly.
• Guide users in navigating the platform's features and recommend best practices for effective usage.
• Document client interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues and enhance client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest product developments and features to provide timely and informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, ideally within the tech or messaging service sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on delivering exemplary customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and messaging applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while efficiently managing multiple inquiries.
