We invite a talented and meticulous Test Automation Engineer with strong C# and .NET skills to join our newly formed team. In this role, you’ll primarily focus on backend test automation, ensuring top-notch performance, security, and scalability. You’ll help build a brand-new platform that unifies our client’s existing applications, working closely with a leading payment processing solution provider serving over 275,000 U.S. businesses.

✅ Is that you?

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in test automation with C# and .NET, focusing on backend automation
• Proficiency in RESTful API testing (Swagger, Postman)
• Familiarity with Azure or GCP
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, OOP, and test automation best practices
• Manual testing experience
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Proactivity, attention to detail, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Desirable:

• Experience developing tests from scratch
• Familiarity with Playwright for UI testing
• Experience with ETL processes
• Performance testing skills (JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines in cloud and SaaS environments

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll ensure top-notch software quality and reliability through automated testing, close collaboration with developers, and continuous process improvement.

• Develop and maintain backend automated tests using C# and .NET
• Perform RESTful API testing to ensure data integrity and system reliability
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with developers to review unit tests
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage across different levels, including unit, integration, regression, and system testing
• Contribute to creating and maintaining automated test frameworks
• Contribute to writing and maintaining test strategies, plans, and cases
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and suggest solutions
• Continuously contribute to improving testing processes and frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless test execution
• Perform manual testing as needed to complement automation efforts
