Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to the messaging platform quickly and accurately.
• Guide users through platform features and provide customized recommendations for effective usage.
• Document client interactions and solutions in the CRM system, maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product and technical support, to address complex issues and enhance the overall client experience.
• Stay updated on the latest product developments and features relevant to client support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
• Experience in customer support or technical support roles, ideally in the technology sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey technical information clearly.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and messaging applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and effectively manage multiple inquiries.
