Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the financial sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer care.
• Proficient in CRM systems and standard computer applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Able to work effectively in a remote setting and manage time efficiently.
