Lead Product Designer

Job Description

The Lead Product Designer will be a critical strategic partner in defining and elevating the product's design vision, crafting exceptional user experiences, and collaborating closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams.

  • Lead end-to-end design strategy across multiple product areas
  • Create rapid, high-fidelity prototypes to validate and communicate design concepts
  • Develop comprehensive UX/UI designs with advanced understanding of enterprise SaaS design patterns
  • Design data-driven interfaces that enhance user productivity and insights
  • Collaborate with product management to define feature roadmaps and growth-focused design strategies
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design recommendations
  • Establish and evolve design system with a focus on scalability and user efficiency

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS software
  • Demonstrated expertise in UX design patterns and creating end-to-end product features
  • Advanced product sense with proven ability to solve complex user experience challenges
  • Strong visual design skills
  • Experience with user research and usability testing
  • Able to work US timezones
  • Bonus: Experience with growth design and data interfaces
