For one of our clients, we are looking for a Regional Account Manager, remotely from Phoenix, AZ.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships within the Phoenix region. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, drive revenue growth, and deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of school districts and government agencies. This will involve regular in-person visits with clients to better understand their challenges, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for your clients.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive client retention and account expansion by offering exceptional service and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct regular in-person client meetings (2-3 days a week) to foster relationships and understand customer needs.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your region, targeting key stakeholders in school districts and government agencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Support, Product, Operations) to address client feedback and optimize solutions.
  • Lead pricing negotiations and develop strategic approaches to ensure long-term client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role, preferably in a B2B or government-focused environment.
  • Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive sales performance.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address client challenges and identify new opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple accounts.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences.
