  • Perform process analysis and gap assessments, recommending improvements or digital solutions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for AI/data initiatives, outlining ROI, resource needs, and timelines.
  • Serve as a liaison between client teams (often Arabic-speaking) and internal technical staff, ensuring clear communication of business goals.
  • Create reports and presentations in Arabic and English for C-level executives or government officials.

  • 3+ years of business analysis or consulting experience, preferably in construction, finance, or healthcare.
  • Familiarity with Saudi/Gulf market regulations, industry standards, and major stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Comfortable working with data-driven or AI-based project teams.

Preferred/Optional

  • Hands-on knowledge of BIM (if focusing on construction), financial regulations (finance), or EMR/EHR systems (healthcare).
  • Experience working with Saudi Vision 2030-related digital transformation initiatives.

Benefits

What We Offer

  • Multi-year contract with competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
  • Travel and accommodation covered for on-site Gulf engagements (short or long-term).
