We are looking for an ambitious Channel Marketing Manager (m/f/d) responsible for developing, implementing, and measuring marketing activities in the assigned region. The goal of this role is to drive indirect sales growth through Sophos distributors and resellers, ensuring annual sales targets are met.
The position requires residency in Germany, a valid work permit, fluent German (C1) in spoken and written form, and good English skills (B2).
What You Will Do:
Joint Marketing Initiatives – Plan, promote, and execute marketing programs with Sophos distributors, selected partners and the internal sales team according to global OKRs and local targets.
Demand Generation Initiatives – Set goals, track performance, and optimize New Customer Demand Gen initiatives in collaboration with partners and internal teams, based on the global OKRs.
Sales Team Enablement – Train sales teams on Demand Gen strategies and work closely with SDRs for lead follow-up and performance tracking.
Partner Portal & Incentive Management – Plan, organize and optimize regional partner portals, programs, and incentive structures.
Marketing Campaign Coordination – Align and localize marketing campaigns for partner and distributors with global teams, ensuring effective implementation and success tracking.
Event Planning & Execution – Organize and attend industry events, fairs, conferences, and Sophos-driven events for partners.
Development Program – Plan and coordinate regional webinar and enablement initiatives to engage and educate partners and prospect partners.
Budget & Performance Reporting – Provide quarterly reports on channel marketing expenditures and measure success metrics and coordinate, organize the dedicated budget

Occasional overseas travel for internal marketing or partner conferences
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours for events when required
