For one of our clients, we are looking for a Business Development Manager, remotely from UK.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with educators and key stakeholders. Your role will involve promoting innovative learning solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that our products are effectively positioned within the education sector. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while working closely with internal teams to support market expansion. This is a remote-based role with occasional travel for strategic meetings and conferences.

Accountabilities:

  •    Develop and execute sales strategies to engage and convert new business opportunities.
  •    Build and nurture strong relationships with educators and stakeholders to understand their needs.
  •    Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to closing deals.
  •    Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and market needs.
  •    Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
  •    Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  •    Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or inside sales, preferably in the education or SaaS sector.
  •    Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven environment.
  •    Strong ability to prospect, establish, and develop new business relationships.
  •   Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  •    Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
  •    Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Sales Navigator.
  •   Passion for education and supporting students in achieving learning success.
