For one of our clients, we are looking for a Technical Product Manager - DualEnroll, remotely from the United States.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and evolution of a SaaS platform designed for higher education. This role blends technical expertise with product management principles to enhance system performance, prioritize feature development, and ensure seamless integration with Student Information Systems (SIS). You will work closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and customers to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions in the dual and concurrent enrollment space.

Accountabilities:

  •    Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business goals and customer needs.
  •    Lead platform performance optimization and operational scalability initiatives, ensuring system readiness for peak periods.
  •    Collaborate with engineering teams to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for feature development.
  •    Manage third-party relationships, including external vendors and SIS providers, to support integrations and enhancements.
  •    Oversee security compliance, including maintaining HECVAT and responding to customer security inquiries.
  •    Support sales efforts by assisting in RFP responses and conducting technical product demonstrations.

Requirements

  •     5+ years of experience in SaaS product management, preferably within the education technology sector.
  •     Strong familiarity with cloud-based platforms, APIs, and database systems.
  •     Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
  •     Knowledge of higher-education administrative systems, particularly SIS and student registration processes.
  •    Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  •     Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
  •     Preferred experience with Ellucian Colleague, Ellucian Banner, and Ethos integrations.
  •     Experience working with a native SaaS platform where individual client configurations are managed within a shared codebase.
