For one of our clients, we are looking for a (Senior) ServiceNow Solution Architect, remotely from Germany.

In this role, you will be responsible for the technical implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring the design and implementation of complex solutions to meet client needs. You will collaborate closely with customers to build trust, configure and implement tailored applications, and integrate systems. Your role will also involve working within a team to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of best practices and help mentor junior team members.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions in alignment with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other tools and systems.
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring alignment with project goals and building long-term trust.
  • Contribute to the development of ServiceNow best practices within the team.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered within scope, on time, and on budget.
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the team to strengthen expertise in ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • A degree in Information Technology or a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions in complex environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, applications, and modules, including CSM, FSM, SPM, and SOM.
  • Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other tools/systems.
  • ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in both German and English is required.
  • Ability to think independently and solve problems effectively.
  • Willingness to travel (30% to 50%).
