About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Vendor Partnership Manager with a strong background in retail, eCommerce, and/or distribution operations. This role will be instrumental in optimizing supply chain processes, managing vendor relationships, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, ensuring seamless execution of business operations and contributing to company growth.

This is a Full-Time remote position.

Requirements

We are looking for a Vendor Partnership Manager specifically with these requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in retail, eCommerce, or distribution operations, with a focus on vendor management and process optimization.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and onboarding vendors, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong understanding of sales outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo) and experience with CRM systems for tracking vendor interactions.
  • Ability to analyze operational data, assess vendor performance, and implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Experience working with businesses generating $1M+ in annual sales, ensuring positive ROI from vendor partnerships.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously without needing rigid processes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with distributors and internal teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with minimal supervision.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Identifying and onboarding new vendors by sourcing, negotiating, and managing partnerships with distributors and suppliers.
  • Managing vendor relationships from initial outreach to ongoing performance optimization, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Tracking and analyzing key metrics to measure vendor performance, sales impact, and operational efficiency, ensuring a minimum of 2 new vendors onboarded per month, each generating at least $1M in annual revenue.
  • Optimizing operational processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing cost-saving initiatives to improve workflow and profitability.
  • Coordinating with internal teams (sales, marketing, and supply chain) to ensure smooth vendor onboarding and successful product launches.
  • Developing and refining sales and sourcing strategies to drive vendor acquisition and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
