In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with their online shopping inquiries, product information, and order management. Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone.
• Assist customers with inquiries about products, order statuses, returns, and site navigation.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on current promotions, product offerings, and company policies.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• EU passport is required.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or online retail sector.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
• Willingness to relocate if not currently living in Greece.
