Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat about smoke-free products and services.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding product usage, benefits, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers’ needs are met effectively.
• Stay updated on smoke-free product developments and industry trends to provide informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• EU passport is required.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in a related industry focused on smoke-free products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software.
• A commitment to promoting a smoke-free future and helping customers transition smoothly.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; a fully paid relocation package is included.
