About the Role: 

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee and streamline various operational initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills, project management experience, and the ability to track progress across multiple initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for mapping out processes, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring that different teams have clear weekly tasks and goals. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to facilitate communication, monitor project progress, and drive execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Task Management:
• Oversee execution of various operational projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and communicate updates in weekly meetings.
• Develop to-do lists to ensure all teams have clearly assigned and prioritized tasks.
• Track performance data, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.
• Workflow & Process Optimization:
• Build step-by-step workflows for different operational processes.
• Define key action items and milestones for team members.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Serve as a liaison between different departments, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Present project updates, key metrics, and progress reports in meetings.
• Identify areas where adjustments are needed and ensure quick resolution.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience & Skills:
• Project management experience (preferably in operations, business management, or a related field).
• Strong ability to coordinate teams, streamline workflows, and track project milestones.
• Experience using project management tools such as Hubspot is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate between teams and stakeholders.
• Personal Attributes:
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

This is a 100% Remote work
